结构与工作原理
(H) Metal sealing plunger valve
Structure and working principle
金属密封柱塞截止阀由阀体、阀盖、阀杆、柱塞、上密封、下密封（H）、手轮等部件组成。
1、当旋转手轮时通过阀杆带动柱塞，使柱塞下圆维面与阀座密封锥面往复离合完成阀门的开启和关闭。
2、柱塞与上密封圈间采用过盈配合，通过调节，阀盖上的压紧力，使上密封圈被压缩内圈紧抱住柱塞外圆贴紧阀腔内壁所产生的径向分力大于流体压力从而保证了上密封性。
3、柱塞截止阀上密封采用无油自润的柔性金属缠绕石墨，它具有耐磨损、耐高温的无毒新型高级密封材料，因此密封可靠，经久耐用。
4、金属密封柱塞截止阀是在阀座锥面上根据适用介质分别堆焊了合金不锈钢，或硬质合金（Y），堆焊层硬度可达HRC40，加工研磨而成。
5、金属密封柱塞截止阀的柱塞（不锈钢）经粗加工后，进行分别渗碳与高频淬火及渗氮化处理，渗碳深度不得低于1mm，其表面层显微组织为针状马氏林和均匀分布的细粒渗碳体，硬度高达HRC58-64,故全面提高柱塞截止阀的使用性能范围。
Metal sealing plunger valve consists of valve, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, back seat, lower sealing (H), hand wheel and other components.
1. When rotating the hand wheel, it drives the plunger through the valve stem, then the lower circular surface of the plunger and the seal cone surface of the valve seat can connect or disconnect, so as to open or close the valve.
2. The interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the back seal ring; through regulating the pressing force of valve cover, the back seat ring is tightly gripped by the compressing inner ring, the radial force generated by cylindrical plunger surface through pressing the inner wall of valve cavity is greater than the fluid pressure, thus ensuring the tightness of the back seat.
3. The back seat of plunger valve uses oil-free self-lubricated flexible metal winding graphite, and the graphite is made of wear-resistant, high-temperature-resisting, non-toxic, new and advanced sealing material, so that the sealing is reliable and durable.
4. The metal sealing plunger valve is made by welding stainless steel alloy or hard alloy (Y) with suitable medium on seat cone (hardness of welded surfacing layer reaches HRC40), and by processing and grinding.
5. Metal sealing plunger valve (stainless steel), after undergoing rough processing, goes through carburetion, high-frequency quenching and nitriding dialysis treatment, the carburetion depth shall not be less than 1mm, the surface layer microstructure of the plunger valve is the needle-like martensite and uniformly distributed fine cementite, with hardness up to HRC58-64, thus fully improving the performance of plunger valve.
柱塞截止阀的维修及注意事项

柱塞截止阀（H）型经过一段时间的使用，上密封如有磨损及泄漏，可无需拆离管道，必须注意将阀门开启后，只要将阀盖周围六角螺母均匀对称地旋紧压至不漏即可。
After the plunger valve (H) is used for a period of time, if the back seat has abrasion and leakage, you need open the valve without removing the pipeline, and repair the valve only by symmetrically and uniformly tightening the hexagonal nut around the valve cover, and pressing it until no leakage occurs.
