双金属片式疏水阀
双金属片式疏水阀的热敏元件为两种不同膨胀率的金属,为德国进口防锈双金属片，其金属高含镍铬元素，通过特殊工艺压铸一起的双金属片，双层金属片在受热后膨胀，由于不同的膨胀率使其产生的弯曲。利用这种特性制作成疏水阀的热敏元件起到开关作用。双金属片式疏水阀分为不可在线调节（BK，CS17H和CS47）和可在线调节（可调双金属片式TB）。
Bimetallic Trap
The thermo-sensitive element of bimetal element steam traps is a bimetal element cast through a special process by two metals of different expansion ratio. When the bimetal element expands after heated, different expansion ratio results in bending. The thermo-sensitive element produced on the basis of this quality can act as a switch. Bimetal element steam traps are divided into adjustable offline (BK，CS17H and CS47) and online (adjustable bimetal element TB).

注解：
1、选型时请提供工作压力、工作压差、凝结水发生量、工作温度、连接方式及标准。
2、凝结水负荷的安全系数一般为2～3倍。
3、正确安装、定期保养清除阀内污物，保证疏水阀正常工作和延长使用寿命。
4、TB3与TB5相同，TB6与TB11相同。

1. Please provide operating pressure and pressure difference, generating quantity of condensate water, operating temperature, connecting mode and standards in selecting product models.
2. The load of condensate water’s safety coefficient reaches 2 to 3 times in general.
3. Please make sure the drain valve is installed properly, maintained regularly, cleaned up and operates under the normal condition, so as to extend its service life.
