倒吊桶过热蒸汽疏水阀专门用来克服过热,高压,小负荷等多种不利因素。
为了使蒸汽疏水阀在极端恶劣的工况下也能正常工作,采用一种独特的带有集水仓的倒吊桶型疏水阀。集水仓存集足够的凝结水,保证在整个排放周期都能够保持水封。集水仓中的小桶可以在进汽管口上下浮动。凝结水上升时,它封住进汽管。凝结水流入阀内,由于集水仓收集凝结水并且允许蒸汽从倒吊桶下部流进,故在集水期间排放阀紧密关闭,不存在滴漏现象。
此外,这种蒸汽疏水阀保持了倒吊桶型蒸汽疏水阀的所有特点:
1、耐磨损,耐腐蚀,耐水击。
2、独特的杠杆机构将桶提供的力充分放大,可在系统压力下开启阀门。
3、阀孔位于阀的顶部,脏物不会存积在阀孔上。
4、在压差冲洗作用下,脏的小颗粒以悬浮状态从阀内排出。
5、排放孔通过水封保护,可防止新鲜蒸汽泄漏,桶上的小孔可提供自动排空气。
6、倒吊桶疏水阀不需要专门调节,凝结水不会存积造成水击。
Product description
Inverted bucket overheat steam traps are specially used for overcoming unfavorable factors such as excessive heat, high pressure and small load.
Unique inverted bucket steam traps with drain sumps are adopted to assure sound operation of the steam traps under extremely atrocious conditions. A drain sump is filled with adequate condensate so that it can remain water-tight during the whole discharge cycle. The cup inside drain sumps is capable of floating up and down at the opening of the intake pipe. When condensate flows up, the cup can envelop the intake pipe and the condensate flows into the trap. As the drain sump can collect condensate and allows steam to enter from the bottom of the inverted bucket, the discharge valve is closely shut during water collection period without any dripping or leakage.
Besides, this type of steam traps retain all features of inverted bucket steam traps:
1.They are resistant to abrasion, erosion and water hammer.
2.Their unique lever mechanism is able to adequately enlarge the strength offered by the bucket so as to start valves under the system pressure.
3.The valve port is located on the top so as to prevent dirt accumulating on the port.
4.Dirty particles are discharged from inside valve in a suspended state under differential pressure washing.
5.The discharge hole protected by water sealing, can prevent leakage of fresh steam; and the hole on the bucket can discharge air automatically.
6.They do not need special adjustment and the condensate water will not deposit to cause water hammer.

安装建议Suggestion on installation
通常在过热高压小负荷工况下,在集水管和疏水阀内只有极少的凝结水产生。因此,选择适当的管道及集水管尺寸是正确使用过热蒸汽疏水阀的关键。
Usually under the conditions of excessive heat, high pressure and small load, condensate tends to emerge inside the collecting conduit and the drain traps. Therefore the selection of pipes and conduits of suitable size are the key to proper use of overheat steam traps.

集水管尺寸的确定Confirmation of the size of collector pipe
适当尺寸的集水管便于收集凝结水,过小的集水管将会产生“抽吸”效应,致使集水管内压力降低把凝结水从集水管和疏水阀内抽出。
Collecting conduits of suitable size is easy for collecting condensate, whereas too small collecting conduits have suction effects, which may result in lower pressure within collecting conduits and suction of condensate from conduits and drain traps.

操作过程-排放阀孔全开
由于通往阀腔的进汽管被密封,凝结水从集水仓流经进水管进入阀腔,倒吊桶下沉,打开排水阀嘴,周期性的开始排水。
Operation process------opening of all discharge valves and holes
As the admission pipe to valve cavity is sealed up, condensate flows into valve housing through the drain sump and admission pipe, the inverted bucket sinks and opens the discharge valve opening to start water discharge periodically.
排水周期结束
当集水仓中的凝结水位下降,使封闭进汽管的小桶落下,从而打开了蒸汽进入阀体的通道。
End of the discharge cycle
When the water level of condensate in the drain sump drops, the cup to shut the admission pipe falls down, the passage for steam to enter into the valve body is opened.
阀门关闭
当蒸汽进入集水仓,再经进汽管进入阀腔内的倒吊桶内,排水阀紧紧关闭。
Closedown of the valve
When steam enters into the drain sump and into the inverted bucket in valve cavity through the admission pipe, the discharge valve is closely shut.
重复以上循环
当集水仓中的凝结水位升高时,小桶浮起直至再次封闭了进汽管,下一个循环周期开始。
To repeat the aforementioned cycle
When the water level of condensate in the drain sump goes up, the cup flows up until it shuts the admission pipe again, the following cycle starts. |
